We have a 100,000 sq. ft. state of the art manufacturing and distribution center.

Balzout is vertical from art creation, screen printing, embroidery, to special packaging and shipping.

Art Creation:

We employ 6 full time award winning artists who are responsible for creating our licensed designs.

Screen Printing:

We use 9 fully automated machines with a production capacity of 30,000 to 40,000 tees per day.

Embroidery:

We use 8 fully automated machines with a total of 114 heads.

Shipping:

We use fully automated shipping system with EDI and ASN capabilities.

We also can:

Hang Tags, Ticket, Fold to specifications, Seize stripping, Poly Bag, and Hangering.

We can pack and ship to your specific needs.
